“Chris Schaus the owner provide me all the detailed information like best suitable model , price, warranty ,installation date .Chris price was lower than the other two .One balanced price , no hassle .Luxeaire Air condition unit was installed on promised time & date Aug. 20/2020 .Jack modify top of furnace area where cooling unit sitting, was not done professionally by last two installers which Jack replaced 33 years old cheap silicon with sheet metal at no extra charge .Jack & Shaunn were very polite , skilled & team work . Shaunn installed new Honeywell thermostat with continues slow speed running fan option . Unit running smooth quieter than my old Carrier .Very happy with Luxeaire unit & thermostat & all the work they done .Unit restarted today after winter no problem .Strongly recommend this company .
